Original farm landscape with cattle grazing oil painting on board. I believe this is a later 19th century oil painting, possibly early 20th c. Scene shows cattle grazing on a farm landscape. Some are drinking from a stream, while others laze under the shade of a tree.
Painting shows some minor wear/loss in the sky area and along the upper edge. Painting measures 16 x 24. The verso has an Academy Board label; John F Gould of Portland, Maine. Ready to hang, period wood frame.
