Maynard Dixon Original Watercolor

Up for the offering is this Amazing Watercolor by Maynard Dixon and is of the Southwest Landscape most likely of Arizona or Southern Utah. Many experts of Maynard have looked at this piece and feel its a study for one of his oils which is a very exciting prospect on a collectibility and value standpoint. This piece has his thunderbird signature along with his MD in the lower left and is in the original frame as far as I know. This piece I have owned for over 16 years and I never changed the frame although have wanted to, now this will be up to the new owner. Please take a close look at all the pictures and ask as many questions as you like.
